I Want To Rent A Room! What is available?

When you are looking for a comfortable setting to conduct your meeting, workshop, seminar or piano recital, consider the Oshawa Public Libraries’ room rentals. A piano is available at the McLaughlin Branch only.

The Oshawa Public Libraries offer several locations which includes room set-up (tables and chairs), screen and kitchen (McLaughlin only) to suit your needs. Please identify your equipment needs at the time of your booking. Internet and Wifi access is available at all locations.

Locations

The McLaughlin Branch at 65 Bagot Street offers the McLaughlin Auditorium with a capacity for 130 people in a theatre style arrangement. Other seating plans may reduce the maximum capacity.

The Northview Branch at 250 Beatrice Street East offers the Nonquon Room with a capacity for 80 people. A small Conference Room is available for 12 people.

The Legends Branch at 1661 Harmony Road North offers a Programme Room with a capacity for 20 people.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be given one week (7 days) prior to the date of booking.
