E-Ink Kobo Readers
Supported - See Setup Instructions
Load content on the e-reader via Adobe Digital Editions, either by downloading it to your computer, or accessing it at the library. Create an Adobe ID to track your loans.

Original Sony Readers (2007-2011)

Load content on the e-reader via Adobe Digital Editions, either by downloading it to your computer, or accessing it at the library. Create an Adobe ID to track your loans.

Sony Reader Wifi (2011-2013)
Supported - See Setup Instructions
Load content on the e-reader via ‘Public Library’ option in e-reader menu. Loading content via Digital Editions is not supported.

Kobo Arc (2012-2013)

Download OverDrive Media Console or Bluefire Reader from the Google Play Store. Then download ebooks directly from the app.

Kobo Vox (2011-2012)
Supported - See Setup Instructions
Install OverDrive Media Console, via http://www.oshlib.ca/ebooks?vox to the device. Download books directly from the OverDrive app and Vox browser.

Blackberry Playbook
Supported - See Setup Instructions
As of February 21st, 2012, Playbook OS 2.0 has brought support for the OverDrive app to the PlayBook. PlayBook users can now load the app via BlackBerry App World and download books directly to their device.

iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad
Supported - See Setup Instructions
Download OverDrive Media Console or Bluefire Reader from Apple’s App Store. Then download books directly from the app.

Android Smartphone

Download OverDrive Media Console or Bluefire Reader from the Android Market. Then download ebooks directly from the app.

BlackBerry Smartphone
Supported - See Setup Instructions
Download OverDrive Media Console from BlackBerry App World. Then download ebooks directly from the app.

Amazon Kindle
Not Supported
Kindle support for library eBooks has been introduced in the United States, but is not available in Canada.
